Exchanging and
returning accounts
Account exchange is made within 1-30 days (depending on the
source of traffic), not counting the day of purchase and not on
the working days of the agency, provided, the product has not
been taken to work, the account has not been logged in, the
account has not been set up, the account has not been
advertised, the account has not been published.
According to the agreement with you, the account can be exchanged if there is a similar account for sale.
If you have made a claim for the refund of the money paid for the account, it will be satisfied within 5-30 days from the moment of making the corresponding claim. In case of rejection of the goods of proper quality after use, the balance of the account will be returned, except for the commission and set up fee. In case of rejection of the goods of proper quality before use, the full amount will be refunded.
The amount paid for the goods shall be refunded in the same manner in which it was paid.
